The film is being financed by Eyde Studios. Michael L. Meltzer of The Matthau Company is executive producing and Leonard is co-executive producing with Donald Zuckerman, Michael Meltzer, Robert Cantrell, Steven M. Berez, Tom Ortenberg, along with George, Lou and Nathaniel Eyde and Lee Greenberg.

The film is about 1960's radicals who try to use their bomb-making skills to become capitalists in 1974, therefore the extras casting director in Detroit, Michigan is seeking the following types with a mid-70's era look:

• Pool Party People
• Cops with short hair, clean shaven.
• Wealthy charity event donors.

If you are located in the Greater Detroit Area and would like to be considered to work on "Freaky Deaky", email a recent snapshot in your 1974's look along with all contact information to:

Please write the above role you are submitting for in the subject line of your email.

Starring and supporting roles currently being cast in Los Angeles:

• Female, 24. To play Greta Wyatt - Star names only being accepted through talent agents exclusively.

• Male, 50's. To play Jerry Baker, Chris Mankowski's partner on the Bomb Squad - only Chris is leaving him to go work in Sex Crimes. He and Chris work the Booker case together, and both quietly agree to waste time chatting, ensuring that Booker blows his worthless ass all to hell. Later, after Mark Ricks goes boom inside his brother's car, Jerry shows up to investigate, and treats Chris with pleasant respect, even though he's a suspect in the bombing.

• Male, 20's. To play Booker, an African American superdude. In his 20s, Booker is a bad man, a known felon with an unproven murder accusation against him. A guy who owns a mansion with a jazuzzi in the library, Booker gets some bad news over the phone: the comfy chair on which he's sitting is rigged to blow his sorry self sky-high the second he gets up. But when the Bomb Squad arrives, they're clearly in no hurry to save his bloodstained life -- and Booker needs to pee. Irritable, his back teeth floating, Booker is sure he can outrun the dynamite, which proves to be both a dubious bet and his last one.

• Male, 20's. To play Juicy Mouth, a young African-American man with a build and an eccentrically prominent tongue, he's suspected of having set the bomb that killed Booker. Bored when he's questioned by Chris, Juicy Mouth knows that the LAPD let Booker die and doesn't much give a rat's ass who did the job, so he outwaits them, and is back on the street in a couple hours. Approached by Donnell, who wants Chris out of the way, preferably in a hospital bed rather than a coffin, Juicy Mouth agrees to break a few important bones with a tire iron. But Juicy Mouth underestimates his opponent, and thinks it's really quite unfair when Chris produces a .44 Magnum when he's supposed to be unarmed.

• Male, 18 to 24 years of age, to play Kenny. A skinny guy who works at a drug store, Kenny talks Skip Gibbs (Brendon Fraser) through the difficult task of buying a box of rubbers - but he offers an impatient Skip so many damn options that Skip opts to rob the store instead.

• Female, 65+ years of age. To play a Cosmetics Lady at the cosmetics counter of the drugstore, who's wearing quite a bit of her product line, she makes a helpful hint to Kenny.

Filming on "Freaky Deaky" begins on June 27th, 2011 in the Detroit, Michigan area and will continue through mid-September, 2011.

Jamie Chung will play his assistant, who already has a savvy sense of how to spin a negative story.
