Update 9-16-2013: Immediate casting needs are posted below.

RabbitBandidi Productions and Untitled Entertainment are getting ready to begin shooting the indie feature film "The Sound and The Fury" and the casting director has sent out a casting call for people located in Mississippi to appear in the film as fully paid general extras and featured background actors. These are fully paid positions and there is no previous experience required. The movie is an adaptation of the William Faulkner novel of the same name. Principal photography begins September 20, 2013 in Jackson, Mississippi.

The "Sound and The Fury" tells the story of the Compson family, a Mississippi clan that has fallen on hard times at the turn of the century. Narrative is told in four parts through the eyes of the family's three brothers and a servant named Dilsey. The brothers are obsessed with their sister, who was pushed out of the house for her unruly ways. Academy Award nominee James Franco will star in "Sound and The Fury", and will also direct from an adapted screenplay that he wrote with Matt Rager.

Vince Jolivette and Miles Levy will produce for Franco's production company RabbitBandini Productions. Untitled Entertainment owner and founder Jason Weinberg will also produce. In addition to producing films, Weinberg is a talent manager that represents such actors as Olivia Wilde, Sam Rockwell, Kate Hudson, Milla Jovovich, SofĂa Vergara, Jessica Lange, and Brooke Shields just to name a few. Lee Caplin will executive produce.
